Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Details Revealed!

Last weekend in Chicago, Disney held a Star Wars Celebration convention. They revealed exciting details about Galaxy's Edge (aka Star Wars Land) that's coming to both the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, and the Disneyland Resort in California. Included among the details were pictures and videos of some of what to expect in the planet of Batuu. Guests will enter into the Black Spire Outpost where the world of Star Wars will come to life. Each guest will also be able to experience the land in their own unique way. In Florida, guests' Magicbands will help determine their interactions with the characters on Batuu. We've also been told that the outcome of piloting the Millennium Falcon will also determine how characters interact with them! How cool is that?! Disney claims this is THE most immersive experience they've ever created (and probably ever has been created anywhere) for guests. Other details that were revealed include food and drink options, including new branding by Coca-Cola, and new merchandise and clothing. What's really special about that last part is that you can ONLY get these items in Galaxy's Edge, as the items for sale were made by the residents of Batuu and look like they are made FOR Batuu.
